The arrival of Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham's younger brother, Timmy at Bristol Rovers has been described as a big boost for the club, with gaffer of the side, Ben Garner already looking forward to better days in his team with the youngster leading their attack.
Timmy arrives on loan from former English Premier League side, Fulham, who agreed to let him spend the rest of the current season with The Pirates, whose local rivals, Bristol City, gave his look-alike older sibling, Tammy, his breakthrough four years ago, on loan from Chelsea.

The younger Abraham, who had once been approached by Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) president, Melvin Amaju Pinnick to switch allegiance from England and make himself available for the Super Eagles in 2017 in his failed attempt to convince Tammy to play for the Super Eagles, is seen as the lad who can turn around Rovers’ fortunes in the lower division league.
Timmy will now aim to hit the ground running in England's League One season, as the 19-year-old striker, who is yet to make his first team debut with Fulham, despite being a regular in their under-23 side, will seek to justify long-term interest in him from Rovers, whose management continued to pursue a deal for despite a change in the third-tier club’s technical crew personnel.
While taking a closer look at the assets and quality Timmy will bring to bear on his squad, the coach said he is happy to finally hook the youngster, who joined Fulham from Charlton Athletic in July 2017, and urged the youngster to make the best of the opportunities he will get in the team, which would accord his first feel of real game time in league football.
Garner said: "Timmy is a player that was identified by the club prior to my arrival and a deal has been in motion for a long time. We are, therefore, very pleased to be able to bring him in until the end of the season.
"This is an opportunity for Timmy to experience League football and for us to see if he can impact our team. He offers different attributes to what we have and the potential to develop as a player. We welcome Timmy to the club and hope he settles in very quickly."
